VISN 4 Network Director Michael Moreland traveled to Wilmington VA Medical Center to discuss post-traumatic stress disorder care and outreach with Sen. Tom Carper (D-DE).  Mr. Moreland and Sen. Carper also met with Wilmington VA Medical Center Director Chuck Dorman and other members of the VAMC leadership.

Sen. Carper was very pleased to hear about how our efforts in outreach, telehealth, new building projects and other initiatives directly respond to changing Veterans’ needs.
