The seasonal flu vaccine is available at the Wilmington VA Medical Center and the Ventnor, Vineland, Cape May, Dover and Georgetown clinics.  The vaccine clinic schedule is available below.  Vaccinations are available to enrolled Veterans.

If you receive the flu vaccine elsewhere, please complete and mail this form or call us at 1-800-461-8262, x4044.

The flu shot is an inactivated vaccine; it does not contain live virus and cannot give you the flu.  Do not get the flu shot if you are allergic to eggs.

To get your flu shot:

• Wilmington VA Primary Care Team: Come to any scheduled appointment or stop in at your Primary Care Team any time during the day and receive your flu shot.  NOTE:  Walk-ins may have a short wait.
• Wilmington VA’s Flu Shot Clinics will be held in the ground floor Auditorium according to the schedule below.  There is one afternoon/evening clinic and one Saturday clinic.  Our MyHealtheVet Program Coordinator will be on-site during the flu shot clinics.  If you have a MyHealtheVet account, we can also authenticate your account giving you more access to your health information online safely and securely.
